1、鐵道(dao)行業(ye)客(ke)車(che)空調(diao)換(huan)熱器、蒸(zheng)發(fa)器專用超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)機是為鐵路客(ke)車(che)空調(diao)機組各(ge)種型(xing)號、規格的換(huan)熱器、蒸(zheng)發(fa)器專門設計的超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)機型(xing)。不銹鋼清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)內兩端側板上部焊有雙排(pai)導向板和清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)筐定位(wei)V形托(tuo)架(jia),換(huan)熱器、蒸(zheng)發(fa)器側臥(wo)式裝載(zai)在(zai)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)框架(jia)內,通過(guo)V形定位(wei)件(jian)懸掛(gua)在(zai)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)內進(jin)行超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。可(ke)以同時清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)兩排(pai)換(huan)熱器或者蒸(zheng)發(fa)器,后排(pai)進(jin)行超(chao)(chao)聲波(bo)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),前排(pai)作(zuo)為預洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。
槽(cao)(cao)(cao)體(ti)外(wai)壁中部(bu)四周加焊(han)加強筋,槽(cao)(cao)(cao)體(ti)左右板(ban)上部(bu)開(kai)有(you)溢水(shui)(shui)口(kou),多余的清(qing)洗液和(he)液面浮污(wu)可以通(tong)過溢水(shui)(shui)口(kou)排出。槽(cao)(cao)(cao)內(nei)清(qing)洗液可通(tong)過右槽(cao)(cao)(cao)底的兩個排水(shui)(shui)口(kou)和(he)大流(liu)量球(qiu)閥(fa)排放(fang)。清(qing)洗槽(cao)(cao)(cao)后上部(bu)設置(zhi)有(you)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)口(kou),軟管(guan)連(lian)接市水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)源補(bu)充(chong)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)內(nei)清(qing)洗液。七組側震式超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)換能器固定安裝在清(qing)洗槽(cao)(cao)(cao)后外(wai)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)壁上,高頻電(dian)纜從槽(cao)(cao)(cao)體(ti)下部(bu)引出并連(lian)接到(dao)電(dian)控(kong)柜(ju)超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)發生器高頻插座(zuo)。清(qing)洗機配(pei)置(zhi)高壓(ya)、大流(liu)量水(shui)(shui)泵和(he)高壓(ya)水(shui)(shui)槍(qiang)可對工(gong)件進(jin)行輔助高壓(ya)沖(chong)洗。
2、整機組(zu)成部分及結構:
整機由不銹鋼清洗槽主體、七組超聲波換能器、七套QBG超聲波發生器、電加熱、溫度自動控制系統、高壓水泵、水槍沖洗裝置、分體式電控柜、不銹鋼門板、不銹鋼型材機架、蒸發器、換熱器清洗框九大部分組成。
